  12. The PIPEX Dial 3.1 software and documentation is available on this
  13. CD, together with various other freeware, shareware and trial
  14. Internet applications. 
  15.  
  16. The following directories are provided:
  17.  
  18.     APPS    - Internet Applications software
  19.     DIAL    - PIPEX Dial 3.1 software
  20.     DISKS   - Floppy disk format image files
  21.     DOCS    - PIPEX Dial 3.1 documentation
  22.     INSTALL - Installation utility programs
  23.  
  24. Please check the individual README.TXT files in each directory for
  25. further information about the contents of the CD.

  29. Section 2: Installing PIPEX Dial software
  30. -----------------------------------------

  32. To install Dial 3.1 on your hard drive:
  33.  
  34. Windows 3.x
  35.  
  36.   - Put the disk into drive D: (or equivalent)
  37.   - From the Windows Program Manager or File Manager, 
  38.     choose Run from the File menu,
  39.     and type:  d:\setup
  40.   - The PIPEX Dial CD Installation program will be loaded
  41.   - Click the 'Install' button to install PIPEX Dial and 
  42.     follow the instructions on your screen.

  46.   The CD has an autorun.inf file that automatically loads the 
  47.   PIPEX Dial CD Installation program as soon as the CD is loaded.
  48.  
  49.   - Click the 'Install' button to install PIPEX Dial and
  50.     follow the instructions on the screen.
  51.  
  52. Installation requires approximately 8 Mb of free hard disk space. 
  53.  
  54. Once you have installed PIPEX Dial, you will be able to install the 
  55. other utility programs on the CD by running the PIPEX Dial
  56. Installation program, selecting the appropriate panel and pressing
  57. each 'Install' button in turn.

  59. Notes:

  61. 1. The shareware and trial software supplied with PIPEX Dial 3.1
  62.    MUST be registered with the originators once the trial period
  63.    has expired.  Full details of how to register are supplied 
  64.    with each program.
  65.  
  66. 2. PIPEX Dial Support only support the PIPEX Dial 3.1 software
  67.    and not other manufacturers software supplied on this CD.
